The new range of Palladium Garden Rooms with feature gable ends is based on an easy-assemble modular construction method; available in five model sizes. There is no need for traditional foundations so each building can be erected in less than 2 days by two competent D.I.Yer's.

SPECIFICATION

• Modular panels constructed from PVC composite material
• External panel can be either brown or green with white only as the internal colour.
• Design is such that both external and internal faces give appearance of seamless construction.
• Roof structure is based on 22.5 deg pitched design with feature gable ends.
• Rainwater gutters supplied to two sides with two down pipes to be positioned as suited to site conditions.
• Doors and windows manufactured from white pvc extrusions and glazed with 24mm clear toughened double glazed units.
• Floor construction consisting of rolled steel floor bearers, vapour barrier and 22mm chipboard covering.
